1. Hesse Industrial Sales and the David S. Reynolds Company are involved in selling and servicing engineered products to the process oriented original equipment manufacturing market. Primary products include heat exchangers, industrial silencers, pumps, liquid filtration and dryer equipment, single and multiple stage turbines, pressure transmitters, pressure gauges and switches, valves and other products to control and monitor pressure, temperature, flow and level. We also sell extensively to the major process accounts in New York State, Northwestern Pennsylvania, and Ohio (i.e., chemical processing and utility plants).

Reynolds Company have over 30 years experience selling and servicing the major OEM's; utilities; contractors; and chemical processing plants, in our territory. Our goal is to provide our principals with technically competent, professional representation; our product lines complement each other, thereby increasing the effectiveness of each sales contact.

4. Aurora Industrial Machining (AIM) and VANEC are wholly owned subsidiaries of Hesse Industrial Sales. AIM is a customer-oriented manufacturer of custom-designed ASME Code Heat Transfer Equipment, Moisture Separators and Piping Packages. VANEC designs and manufactures Intake and Exhaust Filters and Quieters; and Pulsation Dampeners for engines, turbines, compressors, and pumps.
